SpitFlow seed hopper: Diversifying to move forward with you
For almost 60 years, Actisol has been helping farmers with their cultivation and agronomic techniques. Since then, the range of equipment has been expanded with respect for the soil. Today, Actisol continues to advocate authentic cracking and is diversifying to meet the needs of its users as closely as possible.
A front seed hopper
In partnership with SEPEBA EBRA, the Actisol design office has therefore developed a front-mounted seed hopper named SpitFlow. With a capacity of 1,500 litres in a single compartment, it focuses primarily on sowing cereals and plant cover. Weighing in at around 1 tonne, it can be coupled with Actisol soil preparation equipment. This hopper is suitable for all sizes of seed and offers a working width of 3 to 6.50 metres via a seeding ramp.
With a height accessible at man’s height, it is fitted as standard with :
- a lighting kit
- a guillotine hatch for easy emptying
- a storage compartment for the 3 interchangeable metering devices
- storage legs

A precise distribution system
Its homogenous distribution system, adapted to all seed sizes, delivers efficient work rates of between 3 and 15 km/h. The metering units are driven by an electric motor for optimum distribution accuracy. With no internal pressurisation, the tank is closed by a tarpaulin.
The seeding rate is automatically adapted to the tractor’s forward speed using a GPS-controlled DPAE system.
Its intuitive control panel allows users to set the required dose using a pre-established choice of seed. This hopper is functional, practical and precise.
At a time when diversification is a strength, Actisol is constantly reinventing itself to be as close as possible to its customers.
