In line with its agroeconomic approach and to meet your needs, Actisol has adapted its seeding system to speciality crops. After having revealed the Stell’Air featuring a field crop seed hopper a few weeks ago, here is the Stell’Air featuring a vine seed hopper. It is specially designed for vines and small crop widths.
The Stell’Air is a basic piece of tillage machinery comprising discs fitted with twisted blades which works in line with soil conservation methods. It is the logical complement of ACTISOL machinery.
In herbicide-free tillage trajectories, it acts on the surface through vertical rotations of the discs which move the earth by micro jets at between 7 and 12 kph. This phenomenon allows the creation of new stale seedbeds by cleaning the previous ones.
The vertical action allows the soil to breathe without creating a plough pan – a cause of erosion – and preserves the biological activity in place. This machinery does not require auxiliary power or traction boost.
Versatility and optional features
Fitted with a 70-litre hopper and a system of independent spreaders, Actisol offers a solution for spreading all types of seeds (market gardening, vineyards, green spaces, etc.)
Designed to be simple but precise, this seeder is intended to be versatile. It can sow rapeseed or oats, thanks to its various interchangeable rotors. The electric drive coupled with an electronic variable speed drive allows the settings to be adjusted directly in the tractor cab.
Thanks to this combination, the Stell’Air is suitable for comprehensive plant cover management. From sowing to destruction, it is in the same line as its field crop cousin. As such, it has the same technical features in terms of work output.
Various options have been developed to adapt the Stell’Air to your needs:
To facilitate manoeuvring at the end of rows in narrow vines, the vertical lifting option remains available with the seeder.
Rigid straight safety tines can be fitted on the Stell’Air as an option. Allowing the tooth to retract in the event of an obstacle, this system secures the machinery in the most demanding and stony terrains.
It is also still possible to add a modul’air to the front beam to safely work close to the vines.
Finally, a platform with access ladder is supplied as standard, making it easier to fill the hopper.
