New: An adjustable PTO relay
Range enhancement
The Actimixt Evolution range of single beams (with hydraulic folding) has been enhanced with a new feature that is extremely practical for users. This system solves the problem of aligning the height of the power take-offs on different brands of tractors.
As some are higher than others, connection constraints exist depending on the model. Our design office has therefore come up with a solution to overcome this problem.

Risks avoided and benefits gained
Proper height adjustment between the cardan shaft and the power take-off relay reduces the working angle of the cardan shaft. This reduces wear and tear on the assembly by reducing vibrations. If the height is not adjusted correctly, the cardan shaft will operate at an unsuitable angle, creating disruptive forces on the shaft, bearings and even the power take-off relay. In addition, the cardan shaft’s cross joints will also wear out more quickly and energy loss may be observed.
A poorly aligned cardan joint can become detached, break or cause jerks during operation. A correctly adjusted height ensures smooth and safe transmission, especially at high speeds.
Shaft misalignment can be detected by knocking noises and vibrations in the cab, but especially on the tool at work. In the worst case, deformation of the chassis may be observed. It is therefore essential to take this adjustment into account from the very first uses.
Quick and easy to use
Using a simple bolting system, the power take-off relay plate slides 180 mm and adapts perfectly to the height of your cardan shaft.
With this new standard feature, the Actimixt Evolution and Actisol can be adjusted to suit your needs.
