Actisol, the new Actimixt Evolution

Actimixt, for seedbed preparation

The Actisol Actimixt comprises a twin beam frame available in various working widths: from 3 to 5 metres, fixed or telescopic, for TRADITION models and from 4.5 to 6 metres, folding, for EVOLUTION models. Coupled to another tool, powered or not, in a single pass on stubble worked soil, it prepares a flat seedbed without requiring high traction power.

It is fitted with the unique, fine and fluid, Actisol tooth. It cracks and loosens the soil without disturbing the horizons respecting agronomic rules. Its teeth feature an independent non-stop double spring system which secures work in the most demanding soils.

The Actimixt can be hitched to the front and rear of the tractor using an adaptation kit (excluding EVOLUTION). It is equipped to accommodate accessories, such as opener discs for work in a cover in conservation farming or, more conventionally, to aerate a field. For depth control, a cage roller or a tyre roller can be added. Its low offset limits overhang improving end-of-row manoeuvres safety, even in combined use.

Actimixt range in full "Evolution"

In a constant concern for development, Actisol is developing its folding Actimixt range. The chassis has been modified to add a central beam supporting cylinder effort during wing folding and unfolding manoeuvres. The hydraulic pendulum lift also makes it possible to offer a manual version without cylinders. In order to work in combination with a powered tool, the removable PDF relay is integrated into the frame as standard.

Another advantage of the new generation of Actimixt Evolution, extra teeth can now be easily added. The frames are equipped to accommodate bolted extensions. On a 4.50 m base, it is therefore possible to upgrade to 6 m. This advantage also makes it possible to adapt its traction power in the event of a change of tractor thereby avoiding having to replace the existing Actimixt.

Finally, the 6-tonne lift capacity was designed based on the tools hitched behind the Actimixt.
